For over a decade, Taneil Duncan has dedicated her career to helping people. As a Registered Nurse, she worked in a variety of healthcare settings, and through her sales and business development roles with multiple companies, she gained firsthand insight into what drives employee performance and business success.
Throughout her career, she noticed one common challenge: too many hardworking employees felt overlooked and underappreciated. She experienced it herself and watched talented colleagues lose motivation simply because they didn’t feel recognized.
Inspired to change that, Taneil founded KudoHub—a platform that helps companies build a culture of recognition, reward performance, set meaningful goals, and empower employees to feel valued every day.
